Shipping

Estimated shipping times

North America: 2-4 weeks

Europe: 2-6 weeks

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-6 weeks 

I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee* them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Most items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days. 
*Custom orders can take up to a week+ depending on what is needed

NOTE: with the continued random postal closures dur to the pandemic, I cannot guarantee delivery to all countries. Contact me at lightcodecrystals at gmail dot com to get a custom quote before ordering

 

Customs and import taxes
Each country has its own fees and laws. If you order from outside of Canada you may have to pay customs fees or duties after receiving your package. Please make sure that these costs are acceptable to you before you place your order.

Sending a gift? Please note that the value and contents of all items are declared with each package. This means the price of the products will visible on the envelope (for orders marked as gifts this will be visible and note that it is also possible that the person receiving the gift may have to pay additional fees/duties depending on country of delivery)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply
  • Neither my shop nor my person are responsible for delays due to customs or other official  / government departments of your resident county

 

Shipping Materials
From the beginning in 2012, I’ve been dedicated to being an eco-loving shop. I’m passionate about reusing materials and making my packages as environmentally friendly as they can be.

I reuse and ship with recycled materials and encourage you to re-use where you can.

 

Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
(please see note below about which items are final sale).

I do my best with accurate descriptions and photos of products, but sometimes opps happen and items don’t suit.  If you’re not happy with your purchase :

Contact me within: 5 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery Conditions of return
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returns are issued after they have been returned to Lightcode Crystals in their original condition and with any specific packaging such a as gift boxes / ribbon / product description cards , etc.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Refunds will only be issued via original payment minus a 3.5% fee to cover PayPal costs.

 

Exchanges

Item not the right energetic fit? No problem! Happy to offer an exchange for items of same or lesser value.

Items will not be sent out until the original is returned in its original condition. Please see Conditions of return section above for details.
