In this painting filled with lightcodes from the Lyran Council of Light, there are layers upon layers of glyphs and color and energy and Light!  Which I think is the mirror of what is happening with our energy at night as we sleep and connect with source. 
 
As we are releasing old, unneeded attachments and feelings. We used to think it was a one-time process – to let go in a cathartic moment that changes our lives. But as we life and experience,  we come to understand this process goes on continuously.
 
And so the Lyrans bring forward codes to open your heart. Let go of what doesn’t serve. So you can feel that sparkle, that metallic light shimmering within. All that joy that is simply waiting to come out.

How do you release negative experiences? 
Connect with yourself. Allow yourself to be wherever you are. No judgment. No expectation.
 
Lie on the darn couch of you want. Eat all the potato chips. Drink the wine. Do yoga or go to the gym. Scream it out!! And when you have “it” out of your system. Reflect upon what you have released.

How do you feel different? Do you have emotions or physical shifts? Sit with that a moment and then remember that what you experienced consciously – of your own choice- is valid! You didnt do anything wrong. You’re looking for the subtle – so allow it and know its the result you needed.
 

Remember that your heart energy always remains – even when it becomes overshadowed by life. It is there for you, burning bright –  that light that can never dim.
